WikiArtis - free encyclopedia of art

Wikiartis is art encyclopedia mainly based on historical facts, like quotes, dates and works. It is organzied like a social networks and tries to give an overview about artists, designers, typographers and architects of the last 150 years.

Als freie Enzyklopädie der Kunst sammelt WikiArtis die Fakten: Zahlen, Zitate und Zusammenhänge. Sie ist dabei offen und dezentral organisiert. Wer wen kannte und was wozu zu sagen hatte – WikiArtis verschmelzt die Prinzipien eines Wikis mit den Strukturen sozialer Netzwerke. Anliegen ist das stetig wachsende Abbild faktischer Knoten- und Kontrapunkte von Geschichte und Gegenwart der Kunst.
