Jutda Helpdesk
Jutda Helpdesk is an open-source Ticket Tracker application written in Django, originally by Ross Poulton of Jutda but more recently by Ross and the contributions of other users, in the true spirit of open-source software.
Jutda Helpdesk can be downloaded and used for free, and whilst it's still under heavy development is in use by a number of companies to help run their helpdesk and support queues.
Features:
- Can automatically poll IMAP and POP3 mailboxes for new tickets or replies to existing tickets
- Multi-user, multi-queue with public interface for submitting and viewing tickets
- Complex query / filtering interface, with the ability to save and share your queries
- Multiple RSS feeds
- Statistics and graphing for management reports
- API to allow creation, modification, and closing of tickets without using the web interface (eg for integration with other enterprise systems)
- Automatic ticket escalation, taking into account weekends and public holidays
There is an online demo and the source code is available under the BSD license via the Google Code Project Page for Jutda Helpdesk.
